Refunds Policy

Regrettably, as with most arts venues, we are only able to offer refunds on tickets for performances which are sold out. However, do feel free to call the Box Office at any time to check with us whether we are in a position to offer a returns service for a particular concert. If a show you have booked tickets for is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund minus any booking fees.

How to book

In person – the Box Office entrance is located on the right hand side of the building, accessible from Great George Street.

By telephone 0845 40 24 001 – all major credit cards (except American Express), Maestro and Delta cards are accepted. There is a £1 charge for each transaction where the total spend is over £15.

Online – book online 24 hours a day.

To book tickets online, simply find the concert you wish to book for and click on the ‘book now’ link. This will take you directly to our online booking facility. You will be asked how many tickets you’d like, and to choose a preferred seating area for the concert. Ticket prices for each seating area will be displayed. You will then be allocated the best available seats in your chosen area. The ‘best available’ seating configuration has been pre-determined by our Box Office Manager, based on usual audience preferences, acoustics and sight lines.

Once your seats have been allocated, you will proceed to the secure payment section. Please have your credit or debit card ready.

In addition to the cost of the tickets, there is a charge of £2.50 payable for each transaction (irrespective of the number of tickets being booked). This is to cover bank and online charges.

You will be asked if you wish to have your tickets posted to you. There is an additional charge of 50p for this service. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets in person from the Box Office during opening hours, or from an hour before the start time of the concert you are attending.

If you experience any problems with booking online, please call the Box Office Manager on 0845 40 24 001.

If you would like your tickets posted to you, add 50p to your remittance. Otherwise your tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection.
