Join us for a very special evening of original, unplugged music in our contemporary bar space overlooked by Luke Jerram’s beautiful hanging sculpture, Apollo.
Run Logan Run are a head on collision of pounding tribal drums and screaming guttural saxophone.
In 2019 they received the Montreux Jazz Talent Award for their performance in Switzerland, where they impressed the judges with their “mastery of improvisation and exploration of contrasts, between spiritual jazz and raw power”.
Recently they’ve teamed up with bass player Chris Jones (We Are Leif) and will be presenting a special unplugged set that features brand new music which was composed for the Jazz South Radar Commission.
“Haunting, visceral and free” – Thomas Rees (Jazzwise Magazine)
