The young composers of today are writing the music that will fill the lives of tomorrow’s audiences – so come and support the all- important premieres of pieces by Sebrina Lambert-Rose, Max Mitchell and Emily Winsor, commissioned by St George’s Young Composer’s Academy scheme in association with the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation and performed by New Bristol Sinfonia.

To illuminate this spirit of innovation, New Bristol Sinfonia looks back to two other great turning points in classical music, with Stravinsky’s orchestral showpiece, Symphony in C, and the heart wrenching and ecstatic Prelude and Liebestod from Wagener’s opera Tristan und Isolde.
