The Gesualdo Six is a vocal consort comprising some of the UK’s finest young consort singers, directed by Owain Park. The group have developed a passion for ensemble singing that for many of them stemmed from formative years as choristers in churches and cathedrals around the country.

The programme will comprise an eclectic mix of sacred and secular music, performed in the wonderful acoustic of St Mary Redcliffe Church, renowned for the beauty of its soaring Gothic Architecture. The Church is located in the Redcliffe district of Bristol a short walk from Bristol Temple Meads Station, with an NCP car park located in Portwall Lane.  The Church was famously described by Queen Elizabeth I as “the fairest, goodliest and most famous parish church in England”.

As a former chorister at St Mary Redcliffe, Owain is delighted to be returning to St Mary Redcliffe in support of the Canynges Society.
