Is St George’s Bristol open?

St George’s Bristol is closed for events from Tuesday 17 March 2020 to Monday 20 April. This includes the Concert Hall, counter service for the Box Office and Café Bar.

Will events planned after Monday 20 April go ahead?

We are closely following Government advice and are reviewing the status of events beyond this time on a regular basis. We will be notifying customers of any changes as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience at this time.

How can I contact St George’s Bristol while you are closed?

Counter service and the Box Office telephone line is suspended due to closure of the building. If you have tickets booked with us, our team will be in touch using the contact details we have for you. If you need to contact the Box Office you can email our Box Office team at: boxoffice@stgeorgesbristol.co.uk

If my concert is cancelled or postponed can I get a refund?

If a concert is cancelled or postponed, we will first try to rearrange the event and will notify customers if this is possible. We will then automatically transfer your tickets across to the new date. If you can’t make the new concert date or don’t want to transfer your ticket across, our Box Office team will contact customers with the following options

  • In this challenging time we are asking customers if they would consider donating the value of their ticket to the charity St George’s Bristol to help secure our future and help some of the artists whose events have been cancelled. Please contact our Box Office to do this, stating the name the ticket/s are booked in, and letting us know whether you are eligible for Gift Aid.*

 

  • If you are unable to donate, or are unable to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date, we completely understand. We can offer a refund of the face value of the ticket in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please bear with us as the volume of events we are working through will take some time to process.
