APPEAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The position is available as a one year contract initially, and available immediately.
We are mid-way through a major capital appeal, Building a Sound Future, to improve, extend and upgrade St George’s to make it fit-for-purpose in the 21st century, offering facilities for audiences and artists commensurate with the high quality of artistic work presented here.
This post reports directly to the Head of Fundraising & Development (HFD) and will also work closely with an established Appeal Committee, and alongside the full time Development Officer whose main focus remains on core funding.
The Appeal Development Officer will work with our HFD specifically on raising funds for the Building a Sound Future Capital Appeal, in particular working to secure income from grant making Trusts and Foundations, High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations and the general public.
