Facilities Manager
The role of Facilities Manager is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the premises, and to maintain the venue to a high standard for each of our many events and café/bar facility. This is a diverse role with a broad range of responsibilities, including working with various suppliers to arrange quotations and negotiate contractual agreements, being strategically involved in planning work relating to the buildings and premises, acting as Health & Safety Deputy Lead for the venue and as Line Manager for the part-time Operations Officer. The role is full-time and venue-based, with a degree of flexibility required.

Hospitality Manager
The role of the Hospitality Manager is to maintain high level service and delivery standards across all of the venue’s food and drink operations. This involves managing an Assistant Hospitality Manager, plus our daytime and evening teams of kitchen, café and bar staff, ensuring everyone is working together to achieve agreed sales and customer care targets. This is a diverse role with a range of responsibilities; as such it is a full-time role that requires a degree of flexibility in terms of work hours, to meet the objectives set out above.

Events & Operations Assistant
The role of Events & Operations Assistant is to assist the Events & Operations department with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of this busy arts organisation. They will be a key-holder and event supervisor for a regular commercial booking throughout the week, and carry out administrative tasks for events.

Kitchen Assistant
The role is to assist in the preparation and serving of food for a busy events venue and provide support of to the hospitality manager in the running of the kitchen.

Bar Supervisor
The role of Bar Supervisor is to lead the hospitality team on shift and provide support to the Senior Hospitality Manager in the running of the bar and café. The main responsibility comes in supervising and leading evening and day shifts when on duty.
