Assistant Hospitality Manager
The role of Assistant Hospitality Manager is to support the Hospitality Manager to ensure high level service and delivery across all the venue’s food and drink operations. This involves coordinating and supervising a team of daytime and evening staff and working to achieve agreed sales and customer care targets. You will also work to provide bespoke offerings for specific events when required. Working closely with the Hospitality Manager you will ensure that the Café Bar at St Georges maintains a high degree of cleanliness and that the staff are properly trained to deliver a high standard of customer service.
This is a diverse role with a range of responsibilities; as such it is a full-time role that requires a degree of flexibility in terms of work hours to meet the objectives set out above. This role reports directly to the Hospitality Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent role.

Kitchen Supervisor
The role of Kitchen Supervisor is to lead on food preparation, supporting the Hospitality Manager to ensure high level service and delivery across all the venue’s food delivery operations. This involves coordinating a team of casual staff and an apprentice whilst working to achieve agreed sales and customer service targets, alongside great quality products. You will work with the Hospitality Manager to develop food offerings for different times of the day, and also bespoke offerings for specific events/activity when required. Working closely with the Hospitality Manager you will ensure that the kitchen and food operation at St George’s maintains high standards of food safety, and consistency with overall health and safety,
Working hours include covering primary service hours and clear-down on event days/evenings, including some weekends; as such it is a full-time role that requires a degree of flexibility to meet the objectives set out above.

Hospitality Kitchen Assistant
The role of Kitchen Assistant (casual) is to assist in the preparation and serving of food for this busy events venue and provide support to the Kitchen Supervisor in the running of the kitchen.
This is a casual role.

Bar Supervisor
The role of Bar Supervisor is to lead the hospitality team on shift and provide support to the Senior Hospitality Manager in the running of the bar and café. The main responsibility comes in supervising and leading evening and day shifts when on duty.
