Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive (CEO)
The role of Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO would be ideal for a person who enjoys plenty of variety in their working life and is used to prioritising. Duties include direct PA and diary management support for the CEO, and for members of the Board of Trustees as required, plus preparing for meetings and events. The postholder communicates directly with customers and donors, and provides support of long-term creative projects such as ‘Festival of Voice’. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-organised individual to join our dynamic and friendly arts organisation.

Events Assistant (casual)
The role of casual events assistant would be ideal for a person who is interested in developing their skills and experience in delivering events. The events team oversee the smooth running of the events on the day, as directed by the Duty Event Manager. These can range from concerts, spoken word, film festivals, education workshops, weddings, parties and recordings.

Duty Event Manager
The Duty Event Managers are responsible for the smooth running of the events on the day, as directed by the Events & Operations Manager. Events can range from concerts, talks, weddings, to film festivals, education workshops, conferences and recordings.
This is a casual position and typical shifts run from afternoon to evening on weekdays and weekends. As this is a seasonal role the majority of shifts are between September and June.

Hospitality Catering Assistant (Day Times)
The role of Hospitality Catering Assistant is to assist in the preparation and serving of food for this busy events venue and provide support to the Hospitality Manager in the running of the kitchen.
Applications are being considered on a rolling basis.
