Ten time Grammy nominee Brandy Clark has carved a distinct path within country music. Having written for celebrated artists within the genre, such as Kacey Musgrave, Miranda Lambert and Hailey Whitter, her solo work carries Clark’s grittier narrative voice and tenacious talent.
As Clark’s latest album Your Life is a Record demonstrates, the musician isn’t afraid to present a frank realness, capturing the ups and downs of life with a striking poignancy. Within her tracks, Clark conveys compelling and vivid storytelling via lilting, rich vocals and instrumentation.
