Bristol Grammar School

Dreamweaver, by Ola Gjeilo, is based on the Norwegian medieval folk poem, Draumkvedet, an epic ballad that echoes Dante’s The Divine Comedy.

This filmic, atmospheric music, with its dreamscapes and themes of redemption, will be performed by 100 students from Bristol Grammar School and Wansdyke Primary School. This magical performance, in the second half, will be preceded by a slice of Bach Brandenburg and delicacies from the Jazz Collective and close harmony groups.
