Two star soloists come together in an electric and intensely poetic partnership, playing Bach, Macmillan’s highly expressive After The Tryst, and Schubert’s shimmering Fantasie in C. This is a vibrant and dramatic meeting of musical spirits, a true meeting of equals and a musical rapport that will see them record Bach’s complete duo sonatas in 2024.
