Join us the second of our winter series as acclaimed saxophonist Dee Byrne joins The Adam Stokes trio for a night of improvisation and experimentation as they explore the music of pioneering saxophonist Ornette Coleman. Dee Byrne is a UK-based saxophonist, composer and improviser working at the forefront of contemporary jazz, avant-garde and free improvisation, her music explores the outer edges of jazz, blending acoustic and electronic elements in collaborative settings across the UK and Europe. Her avant-jazz project Outlines debut release was featured in Best Jazz on Bandcamp, July 2023 and the Best of Jazz Uk 2023 Spotify playlist.
