One of the most prominent wildlife presenters and filmmakers working today, Gordon Buchanan has a remarkable story to tell. He has produced some of the most popular wildlife programmes on the BBC, showcasing his passion and empathy for the animal kingdom and his unique ability for revealing the hidden worlds of animals.
This will be a rare opportunity to discover the driving motivations behind Gordon’s work as he takes a look back at his 30 years working both behind and in front of the camera. He will talk about his favourite wildlife encounters, his approach and tradecraft, and give an insight into the making of his programmes. He will also reflect on our relationship with animals as co-inhabitants of our rapidly changing ecological landscape.
