Ichika Nito is a trailblazer of the modern guitar movement. His professional journey began during his time at university (Osaka University School of Medicine), the guitar videos he posted online began gaining attention among overseas musicians and celebrities, marking the start of his professional career. His extraordinary skill has earned him a high-profile following, including global superstars such as Zedd and Martin Garrix, as well as actor Jack Black.
He has shared the stage with masters who have shaped the history of music, including Char and Marty Friedman. His extraordinary talent left a powerful impression through collaborations with Enon Kawatani and Ikuko Harada on the album (2019). Beyond his solo work, he continues to push the limits of contemporary music through his bands, ichikoro and Dios. Even at this very moment, he is redefining the intersection of technical mastery and modern pop, solidifying his status as a truly global icon.
