Take an evening walk into Leigh Woods with owl expert / owl whisperer Chris Sperring to discover more about these incredible birds and (hopefully!) see and hear some of them. During the walk, Chris will discuss in his wonderfully engaging manner the many fascinating aspects to owls such as how they hunt and where they live.
Meet in the Forestry England car park by the coffee hut, next to the main footpath into Leigh Woods. The car park is signposted off Abbots Leigh Road (A369), Sat Nav postcode BS8 3QB. Further information can be found here.
Wear outdoor, waterproof shoes, warm clothes and – absolutely necessary – bring a torch. Please note the ground can be rough in places and slippery in wet weather.
This event will last approximately 1.5 hr to 2hrs.
