Super Humans
How Do We Create Great Things In Our Communities?
This event has passed.
Bristol’s super humans come together for one night only to share advice on how we can make good stuff happen in our local community. The evening will bring together a panel of brilliant speakers brimming with useful and relevant experience and there’ll be time for Q&A. After an unpredictable two years it seems that nearly everyone has a story to tell that has deeply connected them to another human like never before. Super Humans is an interactive space where we gather in community, share ideas and learn how to create positive community projects at a grass roots level.
Panel:
Peter Macfadyen – Flatpack Democracy
Manu Maunganidze – Community Engagement and Education
Natalie Fee – City to Sea
Jarvis Smith – My Greenpod
Zion Lights – www.emergencyreactor.org

Bristol Cable
Bristol’s best loved independent media source. The Bristol Cable is one great example of how a small group of people can make a big difference. In 2014, a small group of volunteers decided to do something about the failures of corporately-owned local media. Through organising and crowdfunding with local communities, the Bristol Cable was born.
