This workshop is an introduction to Indian vocal music and its various styles including khayal, thumri & light music forms. A basic knowledge of swar (notes), thaats and raagas will be explored, including some practical demonstrations.

Entry Level: Beginners +

Swati will be performing an afternoon concert shortly after this workshop.
