Samrat Majumder

Samrat Majumder is an extraordinary Scottish-Indian classical guitarist, currently studying in America.

He has won first prizes at Concours International de Guitare d’Antony in 2025 and at Deutscher Guitarrenpreis, and he is rapidly establishing a flourishing performance career in the UK and abroad. He also runs a mentorship programme that offers select Indian classical guitarists regularlessons as well as opportunities to connect with Professors and Institutions in Europe, with the prospect of them applying for higher education studies abroad in the future.
