John Parry The Flying Dutchman

Winner of the 2018 Kathleen Ferrier Award and ENO Harewood Artist, bass Will Thomas presents a varied programme, including Schumann’s iconic Dichterliebe, the composer’s best-known song cycle, composed in 1840 and made up of sixteen individual pieces which tell a story of love and betrayal.  The programme also includes Tchaikovsky songs, including his popular and passionate ‘None but the lonely heart’ and concludes with music by the lesser-know comic baritone and composer, John Parry.

Pre-event Food & Drink

Available to pre-order when booking your tickets, you can choose from a selection of house drinks on arrival, accompanied by a board of bread, olives and dips (all Vegetarian). Just select which option – for one or two people – you would like, before checkout.

Your pre-ordered food and drink will be available to collect from the Café Bar from 60 minutes before the event. It’s the perfect way to begin your event experience at St George’s!
