**You can now take home the Almanac Journal.  An accompanying Journal to the original & bestselling Almanacs by Lia Leendertz. Save a third on the RRP (£14.99) and buy for £10 at time of ticket purchase**

Lia Leendertz’ indispensible seasonal guides reinvent the tradition of the rural almanac for a new audience. Composer Richard Barnard will transform her 2020 Almanac into a moon-themed evening of music and spoken word, blending new arrangements of the Almanac’s folk songs featuring virtuosic performer Héloïse Werner, readings from the book by the author and Three Cane Whale’s cinematic instrumentals.

Please note: Three Cane Whale will perform this concert with a slightly altered lineup from the original billing, with John Pearce on violin.

**The Almanac Journal is a place for you to create your own personal almanac, starting and ending at any point in the year. This is a space to write down all of the things you notice about the year’s turning, and your own reactions to it. There are pages where you can note all of the firsts: first swift, first rose, first frost; a place to squirrel away your favourite foraging locations – and to jot down the recipes you create from them. There are also pages for pressed flowers and seaweeds, sketches and pictures, feathers and drying leaves.**

Why not pre-order a sharing platter or soup to enjoy ahead of the concert?

Bookable here or via the link above with your tickets, up to 48 hours ahead of the event.

With soup, bar snacks and ice cream available to order on the night.
